Hi selling, Fantastic good looking shrimps. It is a unique freshwater species that is popular in the aquarium hobby. Just like their relatives, Blue Velvet Shrimp are great algae-eaters. They spend most of their time scavenging for organic matter such as algae and biofilm in the wild and will do the same in your tank.
Selling 10 shrimps for 15 pounds
Price is for 10 but smaller multiples available. Single colour or a mix available. Only keep 1 colour in a tank if you want to breed your own and keep the colours true.
Suitable for freshwater aquariums minimum temperature of 18 degrees C with non-aggressive fish only or great on their own in a small tank.
If you want to breed them they are best kept alone to avoid predation on baby shrimp. You will still get a few baby shrimp with small fish in the tank. Lots of cover for them to hide in will help.
One of the easier types of shrimp to keep and will eat excess fish food and graze on algae to keep the tank clean.
