Postage is by royal mail special delivery before 1pm from Monday - Thursday only (Sat £5 extra, as this is what the post office charge me) and you must be available to sign for the fish on the agreed day. They will be professionally packed in a new polystyrene box, double bagged with oxygen tablet and a 24 hour heat pack. It has never happened but if the fish arrive D.O.A then photos must be taken of the fish in the unopened bags within 1 hour on delivery for a refund of the fish only.

NB YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE FISH AND MESSAGE ME WITH THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE THE FISH TO BE DELIVERED OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT BE SENT.
