Description:
Hi There,
As stated I have some Genuine Syno Petricola available. These are F1's from my wild adults.
Serious keepers may be aware of the difference between Petricola and Lucipinnis, and the amount of fish being sold as Petricola that actually aren't.
For those not aware of the difference...... Visually it is difficult to tell however it comes down to something called an auxiliary pore. This pore is an opening at the base of the pectoral spine and the margin of the humeral process. Its function is unknown, however what is clear is that Synodontis Petricola have this auxiliary pore and Lucipinnis do not.
I can confirm my Adult fish are Wild caught Petricola and i have very clear photo's to prove they possess the Auxillary pore.
They have spawned and I have juveniles for sale.
Collection only, or can meet at various aquatic auctions around the country.
Adult group can be seen when collecting from home. I am also happy to share photo's with anyone requesting to see them.
There is a Youtube video of the juveniles in slow motion if you follow the link.
Juveniles are currently around 1.5 2inch and are £10 each. I'm happy to do deals on bulk numbers.
Thanks for reading.
Andy
