Description: Red Cherry Shrimps. Mix of males and females, sizes. Males not available through shops so store bought shrimps won't breed.

Cherry shrimp form an important part of a tank's ecosystem by breaking down organic waste which beneficial bacteria can't process. Tanks with shrimp are therefore much healthier.

Cherry shrimp colonies can be housed with smaller fish such as Endlers, Guppies, small Tetras, Rasboras, Corys, Ottos, etc as long as there are lots of floating and ground plants, lots of little caves, stones and other hiding places for the shrimp.
