These catfish come from south east Asia and Thailand, whilst they are a very attractive catfish they are also know for their ferocious behaviour, they are well known to be aggressive towards small fish, and sometimes other predatory fish, this catfish very a rare and exotic monster fish and wouldn't be recommended for a beginner in tropical fish,they grow fairly large so would need a large tank to live in,they have very strong personality and a great buy for anyone into their monster preds

They can reach to over 2ft in length, they eat pellet, meaty based frozen foods, muscle, chicken liver, live food etc
