PLEASE HELP - SICK TSN

Description: Can anyone help please? I have a 22" TSN, had him for 8 years and really don't want to lose him. I did a 60% water change 2 days ago, temp at 27degrees, ph 6.5 ammonia and nitrate levels are fine. Since yesterday he has been swimming upside down and vertically hovering if that makes sense? His belly is not swollen and he looks perfectly healthy otherwise.
