  Help Please any advice would be amazing

Description: I currently have a juwel vision 260 and I am having stupid amounts of algae it has 2x 40w sun glo bulbs

I have tried black out for 3 days still algae

I have tried green away loads of times still algae

I have recently purchased a 9w uv steriliser guess what still algae

What else can I do

Please any advice would be amazing
