All aquatic animals will be double bagged individually and well padded in a polystyrene box ( can ONLY send up to 8 fish in each box). Weather conditions may effect shipping times. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure someone can sign for the parcel.
Terms and conditions
In the unlikely event you receive any dead on arrival on the first delivery attempt you will need to inform me within 2 hours of receipt by phone, text or e-mail. Then you will need to place the deceased back into the bags they were shipped in and then sent back to us, we would always recommend proof of postage. Once we receive the deceased we will issue you with a full refund for the deceased ONLY, shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
