As long as partial water changes are carried out, regularly, Ancistrus are undemanding, with regard to water conditions.
Temperature: 22-30°C (72-86°F) PH: 6.5-7.5
For your information, I keep my Bristlenose Ancistrus in R.O. water, at 28°C, PH 6.5
