Your fish will be doubled bagged and shipped in a strong cardboard box as long as temperatures aren't too low. Similar to other sellers, refunds for dead on arrival fish will be limited to the value of the fish and not postage costs. In the unlikely event of DOA (which has thus far not happened), send a photo of the fish bag before opening. Refunds will only be given if the delivery was signed for at first attempt and claims must be made by emailing me within 30 minutes of signing for the delivery.
