* Decent graphics card, that can run atleast XP or Vista in 32bit colour.

Is it Worth It?
Personal choice, many people will LOVE Windows 7, I can guarantee this is not Vista SP3, this is a whole new engine, the performance is way better, compatibility will be a lot less of a hassle. Too me it is worth it.
