On the rare occasion that an item arrives DOA, you should take photos and send these through eBay message within 2 hours of signing for your order. This enables us to challenge the courier should there be any box damage. In the case of a DOA we will refund the cost of the item, EXCLUDING the postage.

We will only dispatch an order on your instruction. Due to the nature of the items and the courier used, the item must be signed for and therefore someone must be home to take delivery.
