RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is simple. We guarantee that our coral will arrive to your address alive. This is for OVERNIGHT shipping ONLY! If the coral is DOA (Dead on Arrival) please contact me within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the dead coral inside the original, unopened bag. After we receive DOA conformation the buyer will receive a refund or credit for the full purchase amount to be used towards your next purchase with Regal Corals. We are not responsible nor do we have any control for carrier negligence or delay.
