This is a very attractive purple marine algae that as well as looking decorative also gets eaten by various fish such as tangs and rabbit fish.

It is a better source of nutrition than other food such as dried seaweed sheets.

You will receive a similar size portion as is in the photo.

The algae has a pearlescent blue sheen that you can not see in the photo.

The algae requires no special conditions and can survive under T8 T5 or metal halide bulbs.
