Description:
A nice Haplochromine from the sandy areas of Lake Malawi, Mylochromis mola (locale - Gome Island).
These are first generation from wild fish and are several months old now (30mm SL and larger). Young have the distinctive black markings on a silver body which develops into nice blues and reds on mature males. Mature females remain silver with the distinctive black markings that join together on the flank giving a nice long black line along the length of the fish.
