where can i find a peruvian puffer

Description: also known as south american puffer. upper half of body is olive green with irregular pattern of five or six dark transverse bands. underside is yellow to white. very peacefull and kept successfully with other community fish.
i have no idea how to find one or how much one would be, could anyone help me? thanks.
