Description:
1 orange koi (15 inch)
one orange koi that is about 9 years old and is blind in both eyes but swims and eats well oh and as lumps on its body bascilly a horrible koi.
1 kikisui which is a show winner it got 3rd in the hikari moyo variety place at the bkks national show 2009 ( which is about 16 inches)
1 silver doitsu koi which only as 1 front fin but swims and eats fine.
1 showa which was purchased from allandale koi (thats about 10 inches long)
1 kohaku which is about (6 inches long) purchased from allendale koi.
1 ochiba but it's yellowish ting only comes in the winter so bascilly a blueish koi.(14 inches)
1 aquamax 5500 dry mounted.
3 bay hydra 3000 filter
the pond is also made out of sleepers
1 8 ft wide x 11 ft long x 4 ft deep with a 4 inch over hang box weld liner which cost well over £400 and is 1mm thick.
the liner does have a bottom hole drain in it at the centre of the pond as this setup is gravity fed so you also get a bottom drain with an air ring round it.
i do have an air pump.
there is no uv as other night it somehow got a crack in it and started leaking.
i do have a few bits and bobs such treatment for the koi. i do have a net but my dogs thought it would be fun to rip holes in it so it's not up to much any longer.
the reason i am giveing the pond up is i now have a baby that is goingn to want to go out in the garden in the summer and i don't want up to fall in.
