I bought this over a year ago for my beloved Rainbow crab, but he died on the day it was delivered.
Although 2nd hand when I bought it, it was, and is in absolutely lovely condition. I paid £175 for it, and all it has done is stand in the hall, empty.
The tank size is 35 3/4'' high
front to back = 23 3/4''
wide/across front = 47.5''
The cabinet is practically the same,
Height = 25.5''
across front = 48''
front to back = 24.5''
There is a small split in the veneer/coating at the base of the cabinet, front left on floor part. This is about 2" in a bit of a curved/wavy line.
When I last tested it, it was water tight up to the part where the lower vent is.
The cabinet and the supporting edging of the actual tank are a nice soft grey colour.
The top is metal mesh and undamaged.
This is the biggest viv/terrarium is by far the biggest I have ever seen.
(I am sure it could be used for either, but I'm no expert on these sort of matters, although I intended to use it as a terrarium for my little crab)
It will need two men or two strong ladies to carry each part, tank and base, (Unless you are built like Hulk Hogan) and will definitely need a van or two very large estate cars. I'd urge bring a van!
All photos of tank/cabinet are taken by me today, and the capacity calculator is what I screen shotted after putting the details in to a capacity calculator.
I live in a basement flat so only a doorstep to contend with upon collection. Sorry, no chance of delivery unfortunately.
Please text or phone on 07759878660 if interested, as I always forget to check my emails.
Kind regards and thank you for looking,
