We will replace any filter media that requires changing using reputable products replace any decoration that's looking faded or requires a change any products that are provided by us via setup will be replaced free of charge if prove to be faulty from tank to filtration systems or heaters with in two years of purchase unless otherwise stated 1 week for live fish supplied.
