I have been keeping corydoras for many years now and have done all the recipes advertised. The cory's liked them all but they were never any different if you know what I mean,
My Cory food is designed for coryadoras and other catfish with the same nutritional requirements, it contains good amounts of spirulina and shrimp which are not cheep but the rewards are great as my cory's are growing fast and are in Spawning dance mode most weeks.
All my foods contain TOTAL nutritional requirements and are high in protein, I believe they offer the fastest growth for fry available.
All ingredients are natural and contain what the fish need day to day-I would still recommend feeding live food on occasion as they love the chase but it is not compulsory with this food.
