  SPONGE FILTERS WITH AIRSTONE

Description: Where can I buy sponge filters that will take, or already have an airstone fitted? Due to partial disability I cannot do intricate tasks, and therefore removing the centre stem & fitting a stone myself is no longer an option for me.
NB. Aquarium Coop in USA make their own but do not ship to UK.
