Description:
For sale is a D-D RO (reverse osmosis) machine for filtering water for use in an aquarium. The machine uses a 3 stage filtering process to remove impurities & additives in tap water, to make it suitable for use in an aquarium: a 10 micron filter, a 5 micron filter and a carbon filter. It can process 50 gallons of water a day.
The machine itself is in full working order, but also comes with brand new (still in packaging) replacement 5 micron & 10 micron filters.
Also included in the bundle is a TDS (total dissolved solids) meter, for measuring the water after filtration. Again, this is in full working order.
Finally, 3 storage containers for the filtered water, each about 20 litres, are included. The containers are in good condition.
Priced new, the machine itself costs £80, the replacement filters £20, TDS meter £20, and buckets around £5 each. This is heavily discounted for a quick sale.
