Fish tank setup: ND Aquatics custom 4.5 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot 500l aquarium. Cabinet and fully covered lid has total dimensions of 26 inches deep, 56.3 inches long by 45.5 inches high (lower than usual)
500 litre fish tank complete with Fluval FX5 canister filter, twin heaters (only one is needed, other is backup), 3d rock background, small t5 light unit (suitable for darker water fish and keeping algea down), several large pieces of bogwood, rocks and two artificial rocks (fairly expensive things).
Cabinet does not have storage doors. It was designed to be perfect height for sitting opposite a sofa so your eyes are level with 3/4 height of tank itself giving best viewing. ND Aquatics could sell you a replacement base if storage is important.
Comes with dual cannister water filter to take out minerals and chlorine. Makes water change super easy (just run long thin hose in to tank and effectively fill it up from the tap). Also comes with net, tongs, thermometer and water shiphon and hose to allow draining outside of house.
Small scratch on one side of tank (inside surface) but hardly visible unless you go looking plus some minor chipping to cabinet corner.
Tank is very heavy. I can help move it but it ideally needs three pairs of hands. Van needed else two trips probably needed with typical MPV or large hatch. Located in Daventry, west Northamptonshire.
