REDUCED Stunning 4ft Aquarium set-up

Sad to be selling my lovely 4ft Aquarium with stand and matching hood, external filter, heater, sand and plants (can include fish if desired, will work out a deal). The dimensions of the tank are 120cmX45cmX30cm. I will be very sad to see the set-up go, it is stunning! The tank has the usual scratches inside, which are virtually invisible when full. There is some water damage on the cabinet due to an old filter leaking (I bought a new filter 5 months ago and this is included in the sale), however this damage does affect one door closing; the price reflects this. The functionality of the set up is still perfect and the damage does not take away from the fact the aquarium is beautiful! I spent £520 on the tank 4 years ago, plus all the extras the set up has cost me well over£800. The price is £180 ONO. Make an offer, the worst I can say is no!
