This very simple kit is a vital piece of equipment for any aquarist.

If you spend a lot of money on a fish or coral, you need to add it to your aquarium correctly. This means acclimatising it properly.

Using this kit you add the end with the glass sucker to the inside of your aquarium and the other end to a bucket or jug containing your new fish/coral, then start a siphon and adjust the valve on the end into the bucket/jug so that you have a gentle drip of about 1-2 drops per second. Leave this running for about 1 hour, then remove half of the water in the bucket/jug and continue dripping for another hour. Your fish/coral is now ready to introduce to its new home.
