This cost in total over £3400 to set up & hours of hard work, so this is a great price of £1400. Sensible offers only please.

Perfect condition, no scratches dents glass in pristine condition.
The glass is really clear, and the cabinet/ sump in great condition.
This is a 400litre tank that comes complete with live rock, live sand, livestock, coral & equipment.
This is a bargain and ideal for a starter setup. No cycling of rock needed & plenty of live rock to stick your own corals to and add your fish.

1 x false gramma/ bicolor dotty back (very friendly, adds great colour to the tank)
2x black and white clowns (that are hosting the anemones, lovely fish)
2x Yellowtail Damselfish
2x orange clowns

3x cleaner shrimp (if you put your hand in the tank they will clean it!)
1x diamond watchman goby (he's very busy sifting the sand, and does a fantastic job in keeping it gleaming)
1x blood red fire shrimp
1x flame scallop (quite rare, at present is seeking refuge near the anemone)
1x large red bubble tip anemone (very settled anchored in large piece of live rock)
2x hermit crabs electric blue
Few other hermits
Various snails
3x polystyrene boxes and loads of fish bags to help you move

Nb: in picture the purple tipped hammer coral is not for sale

Any questions or photo requests let me know. You will need to dismantle and move the tank, I am on second floor but got it up around corridors no problem. I can start off dismantling the skimmer etc too help.
You will need around 20x 25litre water canisters- which can be usually borrowed for a small charge (around £5)at some aquatics stores.
Viewing first is recommended.
