Selling a 8 month old 125Ltr FLUVAL tank currently holding Malawi

Description: I am soon to be moving homes and am looking at investing in a larger tank. To do this I need to part with my current one. The tank is currently holding around 20 malawi chiclids with a mixture of males and females. They also breed occasionally which means I do have fry in the tank. The tank is equip with all the original equipment and I will also be selling the tank and all of the ornaments (some are not in the tank currently).

The whole set up including the fish cost me around 700 pound due to rushing into things. I am looking to sell the tank and all the fish for around 400 pound however the tank and equipment I am willing to sell separately for 180 pound
