Description:
Reluctant sale of my Custom Acrylic Aquarium (suitable for marine or fresh water) - minus lighting and stand; all items well used.
Condition
Some corrosion on IKS control bars but working fine, 3 data cables in good condition and no corrosion.
Main tank, some minor scratching to left panel, but these will polish out - i have a 2 part polish system to remove them and will before shipping / collection.
TANKS
Main Tank
25mm Acrylic, 152cm x 90cm x 69cm (LxWxD).
Centre weir with take off at bottom of tank and surface skimmer - anti siphon valve, draining to 3 feeds in to settlement and dosing tank.
4 Returns - fed by two pumps, mid 2 mid water, 2 surface
Heavy bracing on top of tank, with mounting brackets for IKS 3500 circulation pumps (as listed below)
Lighter than Glass tank, with far better thermal insulation.
Internal scratching (non on tank) is invisible as the refractive index of acrylic is very close to water.
Much stronger than glass - hence the reason i have acrylic, after a 300 gallon glass tank cracked on me.
Supplementary Tanks
1x sump 94cm x 46cm x 39cm with 7 probe holders (temp, ph, level etc) 3 inlet feeds from settlement & dosing tank, area for mechanical filter / bio balls, 2 outlets for pumps
2x storage / topup tanks 61cm x 16cm x 10cm with connector to topup pump.
1x settlement tank - 46cm x 15cm x 31cm, centre drain to all 4 chamber (separated by up and over baffles) 3 inlet connections & 3 outlet connections to feed in to sump.

The IKS aquastar is a modular system to automate the monitoring and control of every major water and lighting factor is concerned for both fresh- and seawater aquariums. You can build up your own individual system to suit your personal requirements and your pocket.Besides extensive timed functions, you also have at your fingertips measuring modules for pH-value, redox potential, temperature, conductivity, water level, oxygen and air pressure. Up to eight of these modules can be connected to the system in any combination. Thus, it is possible, for example, to take multiple pH measurements (e.g. in a calcium reactor and in the aquarium) or even in several tanks quite independently of each other. Logical and easy operation. You can connect up to 4 socket panels, with 4 sockets each. You can programme up to 32 timer functions. The shortest switch interval is only 1 second long. Additional programmable functions are: interval functions, day/night-simulations, lunar-phase simulations, nocturnal reduction and pulsating simulations. Acoustic, visual and external alarm. Automatic sensor recognition and calibration with sensor test. Display of salt content, density or mS in seawater.

Redox Sensor
You can continuously measure and regulate the redox potential of your aquarium with the help of these module. As the module is galvanically separated from the basic system, the redox potential can also be measured at different points within a single water circuit without the individual sensors having an effect on each other. You can choose between having the redox potential displayed on the iks aquastar im mV or as the rH-value.

pH Sensor

Temperature Sensor
The temperature cab be precisely and continuously measured and controlled in your aquarium with these temperature module. You can stipulate a variety of settings for day and night, and for summer and winter, too. You van reproduce natural changes in temperature in your aquarium. The waterproof sensor also allows temperature measurement in the bed of the aquarium, for example.
Level Sensor
You can fully automatically ensure a constant water level in your aquarium using the water-level module (automatic level system). To float switch used is installed inside a casing protected from waves to prevent a pump switching on and off unnecessarily. In the unlikely event of the float switch failing, a timed alarm can be triggered to prevent flooding your living room. That means: if the specified level is not reached within a certain period of time, the pump will be pre-emptorily deactivated. The alarm time for this depends on the connected pump and can be easily set as the user wishes.

IKS dosing pump x3
3 Dosing pumps for accurate dosing of trace elements, or assisting top up process - one of the pumps is a vario unit, but without the controller, but runs as a normal pump with 3 separate feeds, the other two are single feed only (which i used to top up from topup tanks)
IKS Turbo 3500 x2
The IKS turbo 3500 pumps are specially designed as aquarium circulation pumps. The pole motors can be speed and power controlled. In combination with IKS Computer and Dimmable bar. The pumps can produce very short waves thanks to the high quality sintered bearings, additionally the pumps are naturally air cooled and when run do not heat the the aquarium water. 3500 l/h per pump
EHIM 1060 x2
EHIM 1060 submersible / external pump, used as return pumps to main tank from sump - 2280l/h per pump
Assorted pipes
Various Lengths of reenforced pipework to connect the tanks and pumps - these are cut to length for my old cabinet
Valves
Various valves including x2 one way valves for preventing drain back in to the sump from main tank. x5 double union ball valves.
Odds and Ends
Various items - these can be included if you want them; the've not been checked as working and are effectively free to the purchaser.
