For installation in the cabinet. The riff 500 filter system is a compact 3-stage unit for use in the cabinet under the aquarium. The unit is of modular construction and can be enlarged or extended as required. The system comprises a pre-filtration module filled with sponge, for mechanical filtration, a Turboflotor 1.000 protein skimmer with venturi pump and needle wheel, and a post skimmimg trickle filter filled with Bactoballs for biological filtration.
