My caves are tight fitting caves they will provide the best results for breeding.
The pictures of male and female Zebra Pleco breeding in my cave was taken today 19 March 2010. you can see that the caves work by the eggs in my hatchery. There are only two in my hatchery as the rest are still in the cave (these two managed to escape)

It has been shown that three factors are the most important for successful spawning of L046 zebra: higher temperature, good oxygenation of the water, and suitable breeding caves.
The size of my caves is worked out by (Length of the fish) (Body width + 2/3 of the length of the pectoral fin) (Height of the body + 2/3 of the height of the dorsal fin)
