no led lights, but the compact t5 lights have just been replaced and the uv light should be brand new as i never plugged it in.

comes with an extra inbuilt maxijet 1200 to add more flow.
also comes with a magfloat glass cleaner, roughly 10kg of red sea coral pro salt in a bucket, 4 25 liter water containers, a selection of nets and a syphon pump for easy water changes.

this would easily retail well over £300 but im willing to let it go for £160 cash.
