Description:
It's time to rationalise my tanks, I effectively have 9 full ones spread over my student house, my mother's house and my father's house, plus a few in storage. The fish are all fish I have been suprised with through one way or another (bred/saved/someone else bought as a 'suprise') nexcept the L003, but all of my other tansk are fully 'plec-ed' and so I'll have to let him go.
I will add pictures later today or tomorrow.
Tanks for Sale:
3 Foot Tanks ***SOLD*****
I have 2 no. 36x15x12" tanks all glass tanks for sale £20 each. Each tank holds around 90L and is an ideal size for most small tropical fish, they are easy to mantain and not so small as to cause problems with rapid fluctuations. Both have bee used as community tanks, with at different times angels, jewel cichlids and dwarf gouramis breeding in them. The hoods can be taken for free but have been altered for the specific equpiment.
Beautiful 40x20x16" Tank ****SOLD****
This tank has really perfect proportions and makes an excellent feature tank, I have used it as a planted-soft water fish tank. Volume approx 180l. This is my favourite tank but reluctantly will have to let it go or leave it empty in storage due to moving house, it is in perfect condition and comes with cover glass. £70
5 Foot Tank
A 60x15x15" tank that would make a really good rapids tank for loaches/fast tetras etc. I am having a larger tank made to replace this one as my fire eel is growing at a rate of knots! It is currently home to Satanoperca sp. and regularly spawning congo tetras, both species that seem to appreciate the flow generated by the proportions. Volume approx 185l. I have it set up as my main tank and it looks amazing, however there are two small scraches and a corner chip, nothing major but I'm reducing it to £70.
20l Corner Aquarium
A basic tank suited for quarantine or breeding small fish, it is a quarter of a hexagon. Comes with hood and light. £10
