22g Marine setup +mantis shrimp for sale

Description: Sadly I regret to say i am selling my Mantis shrimp, and his tank. I have 5 tanks set up at the moment, and that's too many for me to have time for marine!

With the tank, you will receive -

1 x 22g juwel rekord 70 tank
1 x Maxijet 1200
1x Maxijet 900
1 x Visitherm heater rated for this tank
1 x Pseudosquilla ciliata (mantis)
Unknown amount of Live Rock (premium fiji grade)
Large grade coral sand substrate
1 x Standard Juwel hood and light tube (this will need to be changed in order to keep corals)
Some small frags of pulsing xenia (originally one, but growing at a fast rate)
3 x Turbo Snails
2 x Red legged hermits
Unknown number of hitchikers

There are a couple of cosmetic scratches with the tank, but I'm looking for a price that will reflect that. I'm not asking for a whole lot for it. If you can collect it (bring own containers!) then you can have it all. Will consider part exchange for 30g freshwater tank or larger.
