Male betta OR betta box NEEDED

Description: I bought a male betta from a tank full of gourami 2 days ago as he was being bullied and all his fins were damaged etc. I was hoping he would live happily in my community tank but yesterday he attacked 1 of my neons. I have him seperated in the bag I brought him home in but hate to see him in the bag. I have another tank full of just tap water and for this to be suitable I have to buy a heater, gravel and plants - which I dont - unfortunatly - have the money for now.
I either need a new home for him or if anyone has a betta box/breeding tank for free that clips inside main tank I would be really greatful. If he goes to a new home he will obviously have to be alone and in a suitable tank - which has heater, gravel and plants etc.
Theres a pic attached, hes yellow and would have blue running through his tail - this will grow back.
Please help if you can ASAP. Thanks.
