Student with first tank needs some help please

Description: Hi - I've just started my fish tank at uni but being a student am on a very tight budget. Any cheap or even free things would be extremely appreciated. Any rock/plants/decorations and/or small tropical fish esp. catfish would be great! Am willing to collect from London area if this helps, or happy to pay postage from other areas.
