Live seahorses & advice in Scotland

Description: Wanted, a pair of seahorses with someone knowledgable nearby who wouldnt mind me phoning for advice occassionally. I am a beginner but I have been passionately studying seahorses for years. I will need to set up my tank before hand and would appreciate any one who can offer support. Willing to travel around 200 miles and cost not a consideration at the moment. Just want to do it right.
