  Maintinence and advice for pond portsmouth

Description: I need advice as Im to old to bail out the pond now I have a hozelock bioforce also I get green slime on the sides of the pond Do the pond need cleaning out because of the sludge thats accumilated over the last year
I only have a lilly so need more elodea

Ive asked the local fish club also the aquarist shop if they knew anyone in the area to help me but nobody wants to know
