Looking for a fully mature reef tank

Description: After a few years of being out of the hobby i have decide to take the plunge and get back into reef keeping.
I am looking to buy a ready made tank atleast 5x2x2 in size.i am looking for all equipmnt,lights,skimmer basically everything needed.preferably with liverock and corals.
I am in no rush for this project so please dont contact if you cant reach my requirements.
I have a jewel vision 450 full of fish which i will throw in if of any use to you
