Description:
This floating fern (also known as Salvinia Natans) is suitable for for tropical aquarium with its own lighting. It is very easy to look after and grows quickly if there is sufficient nutrition and light. Salvina varieties have small hairs on their leaves, making them water resistant. Helps prevent algae by shading parts of the aquarium and using nutrients in the water. Grows very big in the wild and in optimum conditions. A decorative plant for open aquariums.Quite simply I don't understand why people buy plastic plants when there are so many easy to look after real aquarium plants like this!
