help with pond

Description: hi had a pond done when the shed was being built, however they put the wrong liner so i want to relay it but need guidance on the size of the liner to get. measurements are length 5m width 3m and depth 1ft 6in. help on this is greatly appriciated also need to know if no pump and had canadian pond weed and other plants will it be possible for koi fish to live without the pump, and help is appriciated.
