HELP - URGENT REHOMING NEEDED

Description: This is gonna sound a little wild, but my mother met a random man in a restaurant who had a bunch of feeder/pond goldfish. He said he didn’t want them, wasn’t feeding them, didn’t want to look after them. My mother felt bad so she took them in, however we’re not good with fish either so I need someone to urgently take them in. There’s 4 of them, 3 are really tiny.

Please if anyone can take them I’d be so grateful, none of the shops say they can take them. They’re crammed into a small salad bowl because it’s the largest thing we own, we don’t have any dechlorinator we’ve been using tap water, and I heard that apparently that burns them? We don’t have a filter, we have nothing and I feel so bad for them. Please can anyone rescue them?
